Dr Susie Cartledge (RN, PhD) is a clinician-academic; a Senior Research Fellow at Monash University, and Clinical Nurse Consultant at Alfred Health. Combining over 15 years of nursing experience in cardiac and emergency specialties with implementation science, Susie’s research focuses on secondary prevention, health literacy, and co-designing digital health tools—such as HeartPath+—to support cardiovascular patients and their families after hospital discharge. She holds a Monash Partners STAR Clinician Fellowship and is currently the Vice President of the Victorian chapter of the Australian Cardiovascular Health and Rehabilitation Association.
