Special 50th ASM Registration Rates
To celebrate the 50th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Nutrition Society of Australia, NSA is offering special one-off registration rates exclusively for the 2026 ASM in Melbourne.
These rates have been introduced specifically to mark this milestone year and make it even easier for the NSA community to come together and celebrate 50 years of the Annual Scientific Meeting.
For 2026, NSA Full Member registration is $500 less than the usual three-day Early Bird member rate, while NSA Student Members can attend for less than half the cost of the equivalent 2025 registration rate.
These special anniversary rates are available for the 2026 ASM only, making this a unique opportunity to be part of this landmark meeting.

What is the online registration dashboard?
Your registration dashboard is a secure online system that allows you to manage your conference registration before and after the event. You can return to your dashboard at any time to:
- Add social function tickets
- Add or amend registration extras
- Book or amend accommodation
- Make a payment
- Begin or edit an abstract
- Download your invoice or receipt
How do group managers register delegates?
If you are arranging registrations for delegates within your organisation, please refer to the group registration instructions before commencing.
What payment options are available?
Secure online payment is available through the payment section of your registration dashboard. The following payment options are accepted:
- Visa or Mastercard: a 1.25% surcharge applies.
- American Express: a 2.95% surcharge applies.
- Direct debit: banking instructions will be emailed to you after selecting this option.
An Australian Tax Invoice will be issued once you have registered. Your invoice and receipt can be downloaded from your dashboard at any time.
The conference ABN is 90 093 246 176. All rates are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. Registrations are checked by the Conference Secretariat, who will contact you if any information requires clarification. Any changes or additions can be made through your dashboard.
What happens if I need to cancel my registration?
If your circumstances change and you are unable to attend, you must email the Conference Secretariat no later than 35 days before the conference commences. A $100 cancellation fee will apply to cover the administration costs associated with your registration.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to an unregistered colleague or friend by emailing the Conference Secretariat. Any reimbursement of registration fees or additional costs must be arranged directly with the new attendee.
