Associate Professor Sudhir Yadav is a systems scientist and sustainability specialist at the Queensland Alliance for Agriculture and Food Innovation (QAAFI), The University of Queensland. At QAAFI, he leads the research program on “Climate resilient and environmentally sustainable agriculture.

With over 15 years of international experience in agricultural innovation, A/Prof Yadav brings expertise in agricultural innovations, sustainability assessment methodologies, life cycle assessment, and circular economy solutions. A/Prof Yadav was one of co-authors of the first global sustainability standards and indicators for rice developed by the Sustainable Rice Platform. He is currently leading several industry-collaborative projects of sustainability assessment in broad-acre crops, horticulture, and the food and beverage sector.
