Maxine Bonham is a Professor within the Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food at Monash University and a registered nutritionist (UK and Australia). Her research focuses on investigating how the timing of lifestyle behaviours such as when we eat and sleep contribute to obesity and cardiometabolic risk through a disruption to circadian rhythms. Through clinical trials she applies principles of chrononutrition to develop and implement timed lifestyle interventions that improve health outcomes in populations experiencing circadian disruption.
