Associate Professor Jessica Biesiekierski is Head of Human Nutrition at the University of Melbourne and an NHMRC Emerging Leadership Fellow. Jess's research spans nutrient-specific to whole-diet effects, exploring gut disorders and gut-brain interactions through clinical trials and mechanistic studies, to drive better outcomes for patients, clinicians and industry.
