Greg is a Fellow of Sports Dietitians Australia and an Associate Professor at Bond University within the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine. He worked at the Australian Institute of Sport for 20 years and has attended several Olympics, working with a variety of sports including Triathlon, Sprint and Slalom Canoe, Water Polo, Swimming, Gymnastics, Boxing and Diving. Greg was the Nutrition Lead for the Australian Olympic team at the 2016 Rio Olympics and is currently the Performance Health Manager for Swimming Australia. He enjoys the challenge of aligning food and fluid intake to the demands of sport to support athlete health, well-being and performance. He is an advocate for exercise and truly believes the interaction between exercise and nutrition is where the magic happens.
