Dr Aimee Dordevic is a Registered Nutritionist accredited by both the Nutrition Society of Australia and the Association for Nutrition (UK). She is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher in Nutrition Science in the Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food at Monash University's Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences. Her research explores the complex relationship between nutrition, metabolism and health. By applying molecular and systems biology techniques, Aimee examines how nutrients, lifestyle behaviours and disease states interact at a molecular level. She has a strong focus on human postprandial studies, particularly investigating how foods and their bioactive components influence metabolic inflammation, oxidative stress and the risk of chronic disease.
